August 2022 Chip Shots Event!

Childhood Cancer Community (CCC) was excited to host our August event at Chip Shots !

Our CCC families had so much fun at the multisport simulator experience in Rochester, Minnesota! They got to swing for the fences as a baseball pro. Find focus in the high-pressure penalty kick soccer simulation. Save their community from flesh-eating zombies with dodgeballs. Enclosed in its own private room with space for up to 10 of your friends, this multisport simulator was an invitation to the athletic realities of their dreams. Surrounded with three 14’ by 8’ screens, they were able to create their own reality. They could pick from 900+ games in 35 sports, and choose where to play out of a roster of over 2,000 different venues!

And beside the simulator experience, Chip Shots offers pickle ball, corn hole, connect 4, table tennis, floor Jenga, and more! There is something for every age.

A huge thank you to Chip Shots’ culinary service for keeping our buffet filled with delicious food all evening. The menu consisted of pizza, ham & cheese sliders, assorted salads, watermelon, cookies, assorted beverages, and special treats for our children.

And finally, CCC would like to express our sincerest thanks to Chip Shots for their donation of t-shirts, hoodies, and gift cards. We held a drawing and select CCC families won great prizes.
